Admin can place N number of orders directly from the application admin side as per outlet request. Customer can place orders directly from the Online webstore only if there is free stock available at that moment or he can send an email to the Admin about his order.

Upon placing an order by Admin or Customer free stock for a particular item will be locked for that order i.e Orders after this will be in queue.

Picklist Report displays all the pending orders with thier availability Status i.e the items in the order is available in the requested quantity. If all the items in the order is fully available then the order will become Available, if any one of the item is not fully available then the order will become Partially Available, if all the items in the order is not available then the order will become Not Available.

With the help of Sales Report, Purchase Report you will get the overall view of the Sales, Purchase Orders i.e Pending Orders, Partially Delivered, Delivered Orders. Parts Transaction Report displays the transaction history of one selected item like stock in Date, stock in quantity, stock out Date, stock out quantity and Running Total.

Sales Delivery Note is used for creating delivery note for a particular order like how many items are delivered for the selected order. Received purchase order is just the opposite of Sales Deliver Note with only one difference i.e it is for the Purchase Order and Received quantities are tracked.

Our online webstore displays all the items from our application only if granted permission from Admin. Customer can Purchase Items from the online store very easily, rest of the operation will be managed by the Admin
